The waterfowl regulations for the 2010-2011 season have been set. We can now start planning out hunting trips, getting gear ready, and buying stuff we don't need. I am new to duck hunting and this year i plan to target puddle ducks. Last year we shot a bunch of long tail, buffle heads, brant, and mergs. We learned a lot and are planning to apply all the hard lessons learned in our next season.
